Confident Independence for All
Integrated Storytelling for Kangsters
The Context
Kangsters is a South Korean startup seeking to enroll more international customers and partners. The majority of their content is in Korean and their website is non-existent. Kangsters provides a fitness solution for people using wheelchairs at $2,500.
The Process
Brand Positioning: We began by clarifying the brand’s positioning, character, and visual styling to ensure cohesiveness across touchpoints. To discover the process of clarifying the brand’s positioning, click here.
Buyer Journey (AKA for Me, Making Their Success Easier to Say Yes To): Following the positioning, we dove into preparing information to make it easier for partners and customers to choose Kangster’s products to improve their lives. This included information and support in the form of financial aid or places where people can try the product offline. The content and support we prepared were inspired by interviews with customers, public feedback on our content, and meetings with partners.
Increasing Awareness: With our core content in place, we invested in informing more potential partners and customers about the existence of our brand and products. We utilized paid media, partnerships, remote representatives, and our product.
