For marketing strategies, I employ problem solving techniques such as Logic Trees, SWOT Analysis, Bulletproof Problem Solving, and Design Thinking.
Sample 1. A viral campaign bringing together Instagram and Web Analytics in order to gather quantitative and qualitative data from early adopters of Korean skincare to answer the following questions:
What should be our immediate markets and the personas of best-fit users?
How can we connect with them in a way other brands have not?
Which of our products are they most interested in?

Sample 2. An Instagram based campaign to determine the leaders within the online skincare community. This campaign was based upon an earlier insight that this global community taught one another, however, there was no “holiday” bringing them together.
Tools Used: Instagram Hashtag, and Google Sheets

In this role, we primarily focused on content for Instagram as this was the platform for both prospective users and business partners.
