Elements affecting our bodies, how we see ourselves, the world, and how we participate with them.

The countless sisters, daughters, and mothers all to familiar with the feelings: “I am not good enough” and “my body is broken.”

With these remedies and stories, we seek to heal and inspire them towards more harmony.

METHODOLOGY

As humanity built up modern societies, we have shifted towards objectifying ourselves and nature. With this attitude, we disregard our shared beauty and need of harmonious, healthy environments. By sharing more accurate view of our divinity and adopting them we may come to appreciate and protect nature more. And by appreciating the blessing from nature, we may come to appreciate both the blessing and delicacy of ourselves and each other. For we too are gifts from mother nature herself.

Philosophy

From her love, mother nature gave us the gift of blessed herbs and sacred waters. With these herbs and waters, our ancestors have tended to the needs of one another - sheparding the gift of life they received and handed down, ultimately to us. The herbs and waters in our remedies carry their spirits and love. As we carry on the tradition of healing and caring for ourselves, we reconnect with the love of mother nature herself and the ancestors of our shared family across the globe.
