Dedicated Support for Your Process of Change

There are moments in life when something inside you is ready to shift—but you’re not yet sure how to meet it.

This space is for that moment.

My 1:1 coaching offers a dedicated space of presence and support, where we slow things down enough to listen closely to what is unfolding within you.

Together, we gently explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences shaping your life—and begin to shift them with clarity, care, and intention.

A space to return to yourself

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming back into relationship with yourself—more honestly, more gently, and more clearly than before.

In our sessions, we work with:

  • The beliefs shaping how you see yourself and your life

  • The patterns that keep you repeating what no longer feels aligned

  • The emotions and experiences underneath those patterns

  • The possibility of new ways of thinking, being, and choosing

Nothing is forced here.
Everything is met with care.

How We Work Together to Support You

Through guided reflection, I support you in listening more closely to yourself—unraveling patterns through thoughtful questions, while offering grounded recommendations drawn from my own experience and the journeys of those I’ve supported.

You are supported in finding your own clarity, while also receiving perspective from what has worked in real-life processes of change.

What becomes possible here

Because this is 1:1 space, we are able to move at the pace of your real life—not an idealized version of it.

We can:

  • Follow what is most alive for you in the moment

  • Go deeper into the roots of what you’re experiencing

  • Work across multiple areas of your life as they naturally connect

  • Support real-time integration as your understanding shifts

This is not about rushing change.
It is about allowing it to become clear enough to live.

Who you are speaking with

You are working directly with me.

This space is shaped by my own lived experience of moving through the same cycle—learning to understand my patterns, rewrite the beliefs that no longer served me, and build a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and loving.

I am not here as someone above your experience, but as someone practicing this same method in my own life—offering presence, reflection, and lived insight along the way.

What sessions feel like

Each session is a guided conversation beginning where you are.

From there, we explore:

  • Understanding what is currently present

  • Rewriting the beliefs and patterns underneath it

  • Supporting integration into your real life

Sessions are spacious, responsive, and shaped by what you need most in the moment.

A note of care

Coaching vs Therapy

Coaching is focused on helping you move forward — clarifying what you want, making decisions, and building consistent action.

Therapy focuses on mental health — understanding and treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychological challenges.

In our work, we may touch on patterns like overthinking or avoidance, but this is not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you’re dealing with something that feels persistent, overwhelming, or outside the scope of coaching, I’ll recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside or instead of coaching.

This is not for you if:

  • You’re looking for quick motivation, hacks, or someone to push you without questioning the deeper patterns behind your behavior

  • You want step-by-step instructions on what to do, rather than developing your own clarity and decision-making

  • You’re currently dealing with severe anxiety, depression, or a mental health crisis — coaching is not a substitute for therapy

  • You’re not willing to reflect honestly on your patterns or follow through between sessions

If that’s where you are right now, a different kind of support will likely be more useful.
